Owner Relinquishment/Surrender
Pasquotank County Animal Services does not accept owner relinquishment/surrenders with exception to bite and potentially dangerous dogs.
All animals needing to be relinquished/surrendered need to have an appointment with the SPCA of NENC in order to do so.
